With the numbers of people who are obese increasing, it is clear that the numbers of those
at risk of diabetes and those who are suffering from it, is also increasing. Being obese or
overweight is a key factor to the raising numbers of people with diabetes.Diabetes can be
avoided, unless it is caused by genetics, but the lifestyle in this modern era makes its
easierfor people to contract this disease.
